Fragmentation of the global economy will affect the development of energy

The international situation has a decisive influence on the economy. Today, it can already be definitely stated that the era of globalization is gone forever, and national capital will be forced to return back to their countries. Most likely, there will be a fragmentation of the world economy, and access to advanced technologies and developments will be, if not excluded, then very difficult.

Practically the last thing that now links Russia and the EU is the supply of fossil fuels, primarily gas. Other types of trade between Russia and the EU can basically be stopped, of course, with economic damage to both sides, but trade flows can be redirected to other countries. Russia is already forced to take the path of returning national capital to the country and relying on its own production and economy. Similar trends are beginning to emerge in other countries.

However, Russian scientific developments, with the exception of military developments and technologies, do not occupy a leading position in the world, therefore, cooperation in peaceful technologies with international scientific and technological companies that continue to cooperate with their Russian partners should certainly be supported both in terms of financial and political, especially in the field of energy technology development.

An example of fruitful cooperation that is developing despite various restrictions and sanctions is the German-Russian joint venture Progressus Neutrino, in which Neutrino Deutschland GmbH acts on the German side. CEO Holger Thorsten Schubart is confident that "rational and long-term mutually beneficial relationships between companies and partners from different countries allow us to listen and hear each other and achieve success together."

The German-Russian joint venture Progressus Neutrino was created to implement a project to produce Neutrino Energy Cube power sources designed to power households without the condition of mandatory connection to centralized power supply lines. Neutrino Energy Cube is a set of power generating modules connected to each other in parallel or in series to achieve the required output current and voltage. The power generating module consists of a set of close-packed metal foil plates, each of which has a single-sided multilayer coating of alternating layers of graphene and silicon with the addition of alloying elements. The coated side of the metal foil is the positive pole, while the uncoated side is the negative. One such A-4 power generating plate generates about 3.0 watts of power.

Holger Thorsten Schubart, Scientific Director of the project and President of the international research alliance Neutrino Energy Group, says: “It is important for us that neutrinos, by “piercing” the superhard nanocoating, cause graphene atoms to vibrate. We consider the interaction of low-energy neutrinos with matter to be proven by the experimental data of the COHERENT project; the process of interaction of neutrinos with the nuclei of matter is called coherent elastic neutrino-nuclear scattering (CEvNS). Higher-energy neutrinos, including high-energy and ultra-high-energy neutrinos, in our opinion, also cause an increase in the vibrations of graphene atoms due to the collision of massed neutrinos with the nuclei of substances. Such an interaction can be imagined as follows: a stone thrown into water causes waves on the surface of the water, although the energy loss when crossing the nanocoating may be small. However, the flow of 60 billion neutrino particles per second through 1 cm2 of the earth's surface causes the appearance of "graphene" waves. In the nanotechnologically modified lattice structure of graphene, which is part of the nanocoating, a wave appears, which appears as a result of a combination of small spontaneous movements and leads to the appearance of larger spontaneous movements. The displacement of one atom, summing up with the displacements of other atoms, causes the appearance of surface waves with horizontal polarization, known in acoustics as "Love waves". Due to the peculiarities of the graphene crystal lattice, its atoms vibrate as if in tandem, which distinguishes such movements from the spontaneous movements of molecules in liquids.

When the internal vibration frequency of graphene atoms, caused by the temperature Brownian motion of graphene atoms, coincides with the frequency of graphene atoms caused by the action of neutrino particles or particles of other radiation fields that have mass, then such a phenomenon as the vibration resonance of graphene atoms arises, which increases by several times recoil of electrons upon contact of "graphene" waves with layers of doped silicon.

To send graphene's electrons in one direction, the nanomaterial's internal symmetry, or what physicists call "inversion," must be broken. Normally, graphene's electrons feel an equal force between them, meaning that any incoming energy scatters the electrons in all directions, symmetrically. Using high-purity graphene in the created nanomaterial, as well as adding alloying elements according to patent No. EP3265850A1, Neutrino Deutschland GmbH scientists managed to break the inversion of graphene and cause an asymmetric electron flow in response to incoming energy.

Cooperation between Russian and German specialists will not be limited solely to the production of the Neutrino Energy Cube in Russia, the production of electric vehicles in Russia with built-in Neutrinovoltaic power sources is also being considered, which will make it unnecessary to charge electric vehicles from charging stations. Neutrino Energy Group is working on this project with a starting budget of $2.5 billion and with government support from India, with the Indian Center for Materials for Electronic Technology (C-MET), the world's leading research institute in the field of creation and research of metamaterials and electronics. Such an electric car is an absolute technical innovation, which has no analogues in the world. As part of the contract, the task was set to carry out joint work in the field of materials science, electronic materials, 2D materials, quantum dots for capturing neutrino energy and the development of applied devices. As for the company's development strategy in the current environment, according to Holger Thorsten Schubart, science and the development of new technologies is a neutral and non-political zone, we are talking about a peaceful and creative project for the benefit of all mankind, and work on the development and implementation of technology cannot be left. At the same time, the company intends to shift the focus of its further research, deepening cooperation with Russia, as well as with China and India, since these countries have a huge market and potential for rapid growth.
